Returns & Exchanges
The effective return of any product purchased through the www.lovetheglamstore.mx page is governed by the following policies:
Changes: Our return policy lasts for 5 business days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return you need to meet the following requirements: • Product with its original label.
• Never have used the product.
• The product in its original condition.
• Discounted items.
• Gift cards.

To complete your return we require:
• Full name
• Cell phone number
• Order number or Product name and size
• Date when the purchase was made
• Reason for returning the product
You must wait for the confirmation of the email to start the return process, which will be arriving in no more than seven business days. Depending on the destination:
• Chihuahua Capital: It is necessary to go to the physical store with the product in its original box to proceed with the change or return.
• Rest of the Republic: Send us the guide #, Name, and description of the garment to our email email@example.com, if it is not sent within 7 days, the return process will be canceled and it will no longer be accepted. .
Refunds We only grant store credit for the price of the product, we do not make any money refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. You will also receive your credit code by mail that you can use on your next purchase, either online or in our physical store, valid for 40 days.
Items on sale:
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items do not apply. Exchanges We only replace items that are found to be defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue the buyer a refund and they will know of your return.
Shipping To return your product, you must send it to: LOVE THE GLAM STORE Parent Branch, Av. Mirador 7301-C, Colinas del Valle, Cp 31217, Chihuahua, Chihuahua. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
